Mr. Devlin has been in Mortgage Banking since 1979, during which time he has been associated with BankAmerica Mortgage, Security Pacific Bank, and Kaufman & Broad Mortgage.

Prior to entering the Mortgage Banking field, he was an Investment Banker for 8 years with Kuhn Loeb & Company in New York, and Prescott, Ball & Turben in San Francisco.

While at both BankAmerica Mortgage and Security Pacific Bank, Mr. Devlin was responsible for the overall management of several Residential Mortgage Centers, and handled all financing for Private Banking clients.

As such, he has had extensive experience working with Realtors and Financial Professionals. He understands the importance of communication, and closing escrows in a timely manner.

David Devlin is also experienced in qualifying borrowers, who have multiple and non traditional sources of income, and require more detailed tax return analysis in the packaging and underwriting of their mortgages.
