A very important part of my business is to know more about you and what your wants and needs are. I wanted to share a little about myself to you as well!
Prior to getting into the mortgage business in 1998, I was in charge of training for 16 East Bay Safeway Stores as a District Training Coordinator in Superior Customer Service. My commitment to raising all levels of customer service helped make my tenure at Safeway especially successful.
Greater Bay Funding sought my service skills and thus began my enthusiasm for the Real Estate market in our area. As a Loan Consultant, I began helping people finance their home purchases and homeowners refinancing into better interest rates. It was a pleasure to receive the Rookie of the Year from a local title company, (the agent opening the most escrows as a new agent)!
My progression from financing to Real Estate Sales in 2002 was a natural extension of my passion for customer service. I've helped people buy and sell homes all over the East Bay as a result of repeat business from past clients as they move around the area. Being in the industry for almost ten years now, has really given me the extensive knowledge to gain more insight in coaching my clients.
Being that All California Mortgage has been an industry leader for over 18 years, gives me the advantage to offer my clients, our in-house banking division, private investor services, and the opportunity to fund with over 100 other banks. This means I can offer you more competitive products and rates with the best possible service!
Being in the Real Estate/Mortgage Industry is about the people, it is about the service we deliver to you. As someone once said, "We are not in the Real Estate Business; we are in the Relationship Business."
When I am not taking a loan application, you may find me running, (my family and friends call me Forest Gump, "Keep running, Lynda!"). I would like to get out there and run another marathon soon!
