Lisa Fonarow
Lisa is a Bay Area native who graduated Magna Cum-Laude from St. Mary's College in 1983 earning a degree in business and economics. Drawn to the mortgage lending field, she began her career in 1986 and has been a top producer ever since. In 1992, Lisa helped establish All California Mortgage, Inc. with her husband, Bruce Fonarow. Today, with several branch offices, a mortgage bank and a private lending company, Lisa helps oversee the continual process of researching the most favorable loan products in the ever-changing mortgage industry. She assists in providing the Loan Agents with the most current market data. Her mission is to insure that All California Mortgage, Inc. maintains the most highly competitive and informed Loan Agents in the field.

Shayne Dobkowski
Shayne, also a Bay Area native, was born and raised in Mill Valley, California. She graduated from Arizona State University, College of Business - a top-tier program while earning a degree in Marketing with distinguished grades. In the fall of 2001, Shayne began her career in the mortgage industry as a loan processor with All California Mortgage, Inc. Due to her dedication, strong work ethic and ability to quickly adapt to the various facets of the mortgage process, she became a senior underwriter within two years. She rapidly moved on to the role of loan coordinator and for years was the "right arm" of Lisa’s team. It was only a natural progression that Shayne was soon asked to become a full partner in the summer of 2006. Having achieved success in so many roles, Shayne's knowledge of every aspect of the mortgage lending field is invaluable.

Collectively, Lisa and Shayne represent over 29 years of experience in real estate finance. Their dedication to researching and analyzing all available lending programs enables them to customize a loan product to meet their borrower's financial goals. Each client is presented with carefully tailored scenarios, allowing them to determine which is best for their individual needs. Lisa and Shayne have a joint philosophy that "No client ever closes unhappy."
