When the loan is completed, my Client Appreciation and Mortgage Management Programs watch over the client's loan, constantly comparing it to the new rates and loans in the current market. Just as interest rates change, my client's budget and goals also change, thus a 5-minute phone call from time-to-time will keep me current with their changing financial needs. This information helps me to be alert for any new loans which may be more beneficial to my client than their existing mortgage. Clients find my service for the years after the original loan transaction to be a relief knowing that they have me, with knowledge of their FULL financial picture, watching over the largest expense in their budget.
