Being in the Mortgage Business since 1987 gives me an advantage to provide you with extensive product knowledge in obtaining the best loan program to suit your individual needs. I am a problem solver that thrives on the challenge to do the very best for each of my clients. I will listen to your needs, concerns and objectives and together we will find the best product for your particular situation.
Over the years I have developed tremendous relationships with my clients. Hard work and thorough insight of the mortgage industry has enabled me to establish terrific relationships with lenders, which I am able to parlay into highly favorable loans for my clients. My ambition is to seek out loan programs that will enable you to obtain your financial and real estate goals. I provide a wide range of real estate financing such as 100% programs, Super Jumbo Loans, Investment Properties, Second Homes, Home Equity Lines, Fixed Rate Seconds, Reverse Mortgages, Construction, Commercial and much more.
I was born and raised in the Bay Area. I graduated from Holy Names High School in Oakland and attended Brooks College in Long Beach. I currently live in El Cerrito and am raising my daughter, Cienna and my niece, Meaghan.
When I'm not working, you may find me studying for my interior design and art history classes. I also enjoy getting out from behind my desk and spending time in my garden when I can.
